RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to guarantee that all products offered meet the highest standards and quality. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at shop@lafondaswim.com, providing your order number and a photo illustrating the issue. Upon receiving your request, we will coordinate a replacement for you!

For assistance with an incorrect order, please send an email to shop@lafondaswim.com, including your order number and the style that was mistakenly sent. Upon receipt of your request, we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure you receive your intended original order.

  • Full-priced (non-sale) items must be returned within 14 days from the date of order shipment.
  • The items should be in unused and new condition.
  • Please return the product in its original packaging with all tags and liners intact.

The subsequent items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Previously worn items. When trying on your swimwear, please wear undergarments to adhere to hygiene standards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bikinis that have been worn, even if it’s just for fitting.
  • Items damaged by the customer, including but not limited to: deodorant marks, residue, fluids, oils, pilling, pulls/snags, etc.
  • All items marked as SALE or falling under the SALE shopping category.
    Returns must be in the same condition as when you received them.

At the moment, we don’t provide an exchange service. Instead, you can opt to return your item and receive store credit. This credit can be used to make a new order for the items you desire. Importantly, the store credit comes with no expiration date!

Upon the arrival of your return at our warehouse, you will promptly receive an email confirmation. Kindly allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the store credit or dispatch the exchange to you.

Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date your package is marked as delivered to our facility for the processing of your return. Following the review and inspection of your return, you will receive notification via email. This email will specify the approval or rejection of your refund request. In the case of approval, the refund will be processed according to your chosen method. For returns to the original form of payment, the refund should reflect in your account within 10-15 working days after approval, contingent on your bank. Opting for a store credit will result in the issuance of an e-gift card upon return approval.
