SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to every corner of the globe! Packages will be shipped from our central warehouse in Perú. However, it’s important to be aware that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country. These additional costs are not incorporated in your Lafonda order or the shipping total. Lafonda disclaims responsibility for any fees linked to importation, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to settle all associated charges upon receiving the package.
International Orders: All orders are shipped via HDL Express, ensuring delivery within 3-7 business days, contingent on your country.
Domestic Orders (Peru): Our national orders, whether in Lima or the provinces, are dispatched using our dedicated courier service and Olva, respectively, with delivery expected within 3-7 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking information from us once we have dispatched your order. You will be able to track your order once it is picked by our courier. We use DHL Express for International Orders.
In the case of international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may be enforced by the customs authorities in the receiving country. Lafonda holds no responsibility for any potential fees. The customer assumes responsibility for all applicable duties and fees. For further inquiries and information, please consult your local customs office.
We offer FREE DELIVERY for any orders over USD $350.
EXPRESS Shipping (1-7 days): $30
Please email our team at shop@lafondaswim.com with your order number and the correct address for your order as soon as possible so we can amend your order. If your order has already been shipped before you notice the error, you will need to contact the courier directly to redirect your shipment. Lafonda is not responsible for the loss of a package once it has left our warehouse facility.
